Ryan's career has followed a repeated pattern: identify an opportunity, define the business model, build the team and platform, connect distribution, and own the P&L.

Before launching 1703 Strategic Advisors, Ryan founded and led Grid151 within the Westcor enterprise. He built the business from inception into a national platform generating more than $65 million in peak annual revenue and closing more than 10,000 transactions per month.

Ryan created and commercialized eAgency®, Closepin®, GridBase®, national commercial title capabilities, captive-reinsurance structures, and operating infrastructure supporting institutional single-family-rental acquisitions and securitizations.

Earlier in his career, he co-founded Avenue 365 Lender Services and Smartertitle.com, both national title agencies.

Ryan is most effective in ambiguous situations where leadership must define the opportunity, make practical tradeoffs, align multiple functions, and convert strategy into operating results.
